Important. These materials describe how The Long Run Group (“TLR”) presents its website and related services, based on the current implementation in this project. They are not legal advice and are not represented as final or binding until a verified contracting party, applicable law, and counsel review are completed. Where a statement depends on corporate registration, hosting region, or contractual arrangements TLR has not published, the text explains the limitation instead of assuming facts.
Unless stated otherwise, content on thelongrun.group is owned by the verified legal operator of TLR services (not yet published on this site) or its licensors. This policy explains permitted use of site materials, third-party template assets, and responsibilities regarding User Content and AI-assisted outputs.
1. Site content and TLR branding
Text, graphics, logos (including TLR branding such as TheLongRunLogo.PNG where used), page layout, design, and compiled JavaScript and CSS on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view pages and download content for personal, non-commercial use unless a feature explicitly grants broader rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission, except as allowed by law or open-source licenses referenced below.
2. Third-party design and stock assets
Some layout, typography, imagery, or iconography on the Site may be licensed from third parties or bundled with design tooling used during development. TLR branding and custom content do not automatically transfer those third-party rights. If you reuse Site materials outside permitted use, confirm you have the appropriate licenses.
3. Open-source and bundled libraries
JavaScript bundles may include open-source dependencies (for example @supabase/supabase-js per project dependency files). Those components remain under their respective licenses. Source maps and lockfiles in the repository govern versions for developers.
4. Journal, research, academy, and educational content
Articles and guides are for reading and learning. Republication, course use, or commercial reuse requires permission unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Do not present TLR educational content as legal, financial, or professional advice.
5. Customer, partner, and third-party marks
Integration theme pages and examples may display third-party trademarks for identification. TLR does not grant a license to use those marks. Do not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship without authorization.
6. User Content and feedback
You retain ownership of User Content you submit, subject to rights you grant TLR to host, process, and display it to provide the Services . Suggestions and feedback may be used by TLR without restriction once terms are verified .
7. AI-assisted outputs
Ownership and usability of AI-generated outputs depend on applicable law, provider terms, and your customer agreement . You are responsible for ensuring outputs do not infringe third-party rights before publication. See AI Transparency & Limitations.
8. Copyright complaints and contact
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to Contact TLR via company contact or request demo / sales with information required by applicable law . Related: Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy.
