Important. These materials describe how The Long Run Group (“TLR”) presents its website and related services, based on the current implementation in this project. They are not legal advice and are not represented as final or binding until a verified contracting party, applicable law, and counsel review are completed. Where a statement depends on corporate registration, hosting region, or contractual arrangements TLR has not published, the text explains the limitation instead of assuming facts.
The Long Run Group (“TLR”) describes Runner with human oversight. This page explains the intended role, limitations, and user responsibilities for AI-assisted features in marketing workflows. It does not name every model, vendor, or production control until documented in product agreements and verified subprocessors lists.
1. Purpose of AI-assisted features
TLR positions AI as assisting with research synthesis, brainstorming, drafting, classification, variation generation, workflow coordination, and similar tasks—not replacing accountable human decisions. Marketing descriptions on AI marketing automation and marketing intelligence pages are informational, not warranties.
2. Scope: marketing site vs Runner
This public website is largely static content and conventional web forms; it is not an AI chat product. AI-assisted processing is intended for Runner as features ship. The operator reports OpenAI API use for Runner; this repository does not include OpenAI client code in reviewed application sources. Data handling on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Known limitations
- Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate for your context.
- Models may not reflect recent events unless explicitly connected to current, authorized data sources.
- Generated content may resemble third-party works—verify originality, licensing, and rights before publication.
- AI should not be the sole basis for legal, financial, compliance, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
- Automated actions affecting spend, customers, or public claims should use approvals appropriate to risk.
4. Human review and accountability
Customers remain responsible for campaigns, claims, and data use in their jurisdictions. Organizations should assign clear ownership for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before external use. Binding allocation of responsibility belongs in customer contracts .
5. Training data and customer content
TLR’s intended policy is not to train TLR’s own models on customer content. That is separate from how third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI) process API inputs under their terms and your account configuration. TLR has not verified OpenAI retention, logging, or enterprise settings in this repository. Do not assume immediate deletion or zero retention at the provider without written confirmation and configuration review.
Do not submit sensitive personal data (for example health, government ID, or financial account details) through Runner unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. TLR cannot guarantee detection or prevention of all sensitive submissions.
6. Third-party AI providers
The operator reports use of the OpenAI API for intended Runner features. OpenAI will appear on the Subprocessors page only after contractual and technical verification. Provider documentation governs their processing; this page does not certify OpenAI’s configuration for your account.
7. Transparency on this marketing site
TLR may use AI internally to develop content or code; any public claims about AI use on the Site will be updated when material . Form and login flows use conventional software as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use of AI features
Prohibited uses include generating unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Accuracy, reliance, and disclaimers
AI outputs are provided without guarantee of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose except as stated in an executed agreement. Users should validate facts, comply with advertising and sector rules, and disclose AI involvement where law or platform policies require .
10. Updates
AI capabilities, providers, and controls change frequently. TLR will update this page when material features ship or practices change .
